The last keynote speech on the second day of the 10th International Conference on Management of Technology and Innovation was delivered by Farzin Fardis, the Vice President of Innovation Economy and Digital Transformation Commission, Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, on “Imposed Innovation”.
He talked about this kind of innovation as an inevitable issue caused by wars or any kind of restrictions. Farzin said that these issues would make the businesses innovate. He then mentioned the reasons for innovation development as well as four types of innovation.
This lecture was followed by a Q&A session on what measures could be taken in Iran to take advantage of imposed innovation.
