Legal Adviser to International Organizations and the European Union
Dr. Javadi, who entered the field of law at Shahid Beheshti University with the rank of 29, also spent his master’s degree in the field of intellectual property law at the same university. Ericsson and Turkish companies and the UAE left for Switzerland, and later joined the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Institute for Intellectual Property. During this period, Dr. Javadi succeeded in completing a master’s degree in international contracts and arbitration at the University of Freiburg and a doctorate in intellectual property law from the same university. He is currently advising the European Union and the United Nations on intellectual property, especially the creative and agricultural industries and traditional knowledge.
